Company Profile:

Medium-sized general contractor with over 20 years experience in commercial, industrial and institutional construction projects is looking for an experienced Project Manager to work out of our Sidney office.

Overview:

- You would be responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project job costing, contract management while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Track & Compose RFI's, SI's, CO's, Shop Drawings & Meeting Minutes.
- Maintain strict adherence to budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
- Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include architects, consultants, sub-contractors and inspectors.
- Work closely with your Office Team and Site Supervisor.
- Review construction crews for quality control.
- Communicating with senior management about costs and progress.
- Travel to jobsites.
- Material purchasing.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Minimum five years experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager.




- Efficient in Microsoft Project.
- Commercial project experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and motivate.

Compensation:

- $90,000 - $110,000 + advantages.
- Ultimately wage will be based upon experience.
