Overview

We are a very busy, long-established real estate team in Whistler, looking for an exceptional Marketing & Listing Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and digitally savvy, who also has a genuine marketing mindset. You do not necessarily need to be a trained marketer or come from a real estate background. We are more interested in finding someone intelligent, capable and resourceful who understands what good marketing looks like and takes pride in producing high-quality, luxury work.

The role combines real estate listing coordination, marketing, digital content and day-to-day business support. You’ll work closely with Dave and play an important role in how our listings, brand and business are presented to clients and the wider market.

This is an unlicensed position and does not involve providing real estate advice or performing activities that require a real estate licence.

Some of your Duties:

- Working with Dave Burch and other team members to communicate and market the Team DB brand and ensure consistency across all medium, including online.
- Coordinating new property listings from preparation through launch.
- Identifying the unique story of a property, coordinating photography, videography, signage and other listing materials.
- Creating and scheduling engaging social content.
- Communicating with clients and ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Assisting with database/CRM management and general business organization.
- Looking for ways to make our systems, marketing and processes better.





There will also be a variety of other duties, projects and responsibilities as the business evolves. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do.

Who We’re Looking for:

The right person will be organized and detail-oriented, but also creative and interested in luxury real estate and marketing. He/she will have a background and understanding of the refined standards of Whistler second-home owners and be comfortable working within it.

You may currently work in marketing, communications, hospitality, tourism, events, administration, property, social media or another professional environment. Previous real estate experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.

More important is that you:

- Have excellent attention to detail and very strong organizational skills.
- Are intelligent, curious and quick to learn.
- Have excellent communication skills and are preferrably calm in high intensity situations.
- Are personable, professional and comfortable dealing with Whistler luxury clients.
- Write and communicate well.
- Can prioritize and manage multiple projects without losing track of details.




- Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and part of a team.
- Are interested in real estate, property, design and/or marketing.
- Can work independently managing marketing campaigns and detailed projects.

Experience with tools such as Canva, social media platforms, CRM systems, email marketing software applications would be an advantage. Photography, video, Adobe Creative Suite or other creative skills would also be welcome, but none are mandatory.

Location

The position is based in Whistler, British Columbia, and we expect the successful candidate to work primarily from our Whistler Village office, with some flexibility where appropriate.

Pay: $55,000.00-$66,500.00 per year
