Lotus Industrial is partnering with a leading industrial construction and maintenance company to find dedicated Journeyperson Carpenters skilled in Concrete Forming Carpentry for our project in Frog Lake, Alberta. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced crew where quality workmanship, safety and teamwork are highly valued. This role requires working on construction sites, often outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Location: Frog Lake, Alberta

Start date: Immediately

Job Type: Full-time (Day shift, overtime, and weekends as needed)

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Project duration: 3 months

Role Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality carpentry work in office in alignment with project plans.




- Collaborate with the construction team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans to meet project specifications.
- Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Role Requirements

- Strong concrete forming carpentry experience is required.
- Journeyman Carpenter Ticket preferred. Valid safety certifications (First Aid, CSTS, WHMIS, Work Hub Orientation, etc.)
- Drivers license and a reliable vehicle to get to and from work.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Organized and adaptable, ready to meet the demands of the job.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in outdoor conditions.
