Young Explorers is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an aid. Position is afternoons minimum of 20 hours- full time when school is off.

The ideal candidate will have a solid commitment to fostering the growth and development of children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

This role requires training working with children with disabilities.

Responsibilities

- Caring for Grade 4 student. Student does require assistance with bathroom routines.
- Develop and implement engaging activities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.

Qualifications

- Early Childhood Certificate or 2+ years experience
- Experience working with children with disabilities.
- First aid and CPR trained or willingness to receive.

Pay: $17.90-$27.79 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
