Walnut Grove Medical is looking for casual Medical Office Assistants (MOA) to work 8-16 hours per week at our medical clinic with the possibility for more hours in the future starting in mid-October 2026.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a large volume of patients for family physicians and specialist physician workflow. Prior experience with Accuro EMR, and at least one year of MOA experience are requirements for this job.

We are looking for reliable, team players to join our office staff. The MOA will be responsible for answering phone calls, booking appointments, tending to physician tasks, rooming patients, and other MOA responsibilities. Pay will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

Salary: $20-22 per hour
