Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong CNC setup and operating experience.

The Role

- Set up and operate CNC milling equipment to produce precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Select and adjust tooling, fixtures, offsets, and machine settings.
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Make program and machine adjustments to maintain quality and required tolerances.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Complete production, setup, and quality documentation.
- Work with production and engineering teams to improve processes and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including machine setup and operation.
- Strong blueprint-reading and measurement skills.
- Knowledge of machining processes, materials, tooling, and tight tolerances.




- Experience with G-code and CNC program editing is an asset.
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, or comparable controls.
- Experience with prototype, custom, short-run, or production machining.
- Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Availability for day and evening shifts as required.
