Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Garbage Collector in the Waste Management Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Our client is seeking hardworking and reliable Garbage Collectors to join their waste collection team in Moncton. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working on the back of a garbage truck, collecting residential and commercial waste throughout the day. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit.
We offer:

- $20.00 - $21.00 hourly
- Full-time, steady Monday to Friday schedule
- Early start time of 5:00am
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience with a well-established organization

- Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

- Ride on the back of a garbage truck along designated collection routes
- Collect and load garbage, recycling, and waste materials into the truck
- Repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull bins and containers throughout the shift
- Work safely around traffic, pedestrians, and collection equipment
- Follow all company health and safety procedures




- Assist the driver and crew as required to ensure efficient route completion

Requirements:

- Must be available Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 AM
- Reliable transportation is required
- Able to perform heavy, repetitive lifting throughout the entire shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, and snow
- Physically fit and capable of working at a fast pace
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Previous labour experience is considered a strong asset
