We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to work alongside our energetic permanent lighting sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calls and inbound inquiries. Duties

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients (warm leads) to introduce our products and services within the permanent lighting industry
- Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and timeline to ensure quality appointment setting
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in our CRM system
- Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and gather additional information as needed
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions within Go High Level

Skills

- Strong negotiation abilities with a persuasive approach to engage prospects effectively




- Proven experience in customer service environments
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and respond professionally
- Business development mindset focused on building long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: 4-8 hour shifts, 20-40 hours per week (schedule provided 1 week in advance)
- $19-$25/hour

Must have reliable access to high-speed internet.

Must have your own work equipment (laptop, monitor, headset).
