Join Our Custom Apparel Team!

Front Row Sports is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Production Specialist to join our custom apparel team. If you love working with your hands, take pride in doing quality work, and enjoy seeing a project come together from start to finish, this could be the perfect fit for you.

In this role, you'll be at the center of our production process — running our heat press and embroidery machines, sewing, weeding and laminating logos, and helping produce custom team and corporate apparel our customers are proud to wear. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where attention to detail is everything — every logo and every piece needs to look sharp before it goes out the door.

What You'll Do:

- Operate heat press machines to apply logos and designs to apparel
- Operate embroidery machines and other production equipment
- Sew and complete other hands-on garment work as needed
- Weed and laminate logos with precision and care
- Assist with general production tasks across the custom apparel process
- Keep the production room clean, organized, and running efficiently

What We're Looking For:

- Strong attention to detail — this is the most significant skill for this role




- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive production work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Prior experience with heat press, embroidery, sewing, or production equipment is an asset, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
- Willingness to learn and take pride in the quality of your work

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
