Overview
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and creating an engaging shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology and retail sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base.

Duties

- Assist customers in selecting vaping products, accessories, and e-liquids based on their preferences and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and usage
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell products and promote current or featured items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards, including restocking shelves and organizing displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Handle phone inquiries professionally,

Skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Experience in retail sales, especially in technology or related fields such as vaping products or accessories
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
