Duties

- Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the process
- With high-volume ghost kitchen orders, immaculate packing of the order is crucial.
- Ensure every order prepared, shipped is 100 percent accurate.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling where appropriate to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service
- Assist with food prep tasks such as assembling ingredients, portioning,



and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Handle cash accurately during cashiering duties, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus
- Experience with POS systems enhances efficiency in order processing
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Basic math skills for order calculations, change handling, and inventory management
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and food handling regulations in the food industry
- Kitchen experience or serving background is advantageous for understanding restaurant operations
