Sundaylace Creations is looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to help package and ship bead supply orders. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting our online and in-person sales.

Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and ship online bead supply orders accurately
- Prepare and load outgoing shipments
- Receive, sort, count, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate stock levels and follow inventory procedures
- Assist with basic Shopify tasks such as inventory updates
- Create product kits and bundled items
- Keep packing areas, shelves, and workstations clean and organized
- Follow safety, quality, and shipping procedures
- Complete basic data entry and order records
- Support team members and help maintain a positive work environment
- Assist with customer service and light social media tasks when needed

Schedule & Term

- Start immediately
- 6-month term with possible extension
- Monday to Friday, approximately 30 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, with occasional evenings or weekends

Qualifications





- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable lifting and moving stock up to 30 pounds
- Basic data entry skills
- Basic Shopify knowledge is an asset but not required
- Point of Sales Experience
- Canva/Google Sheet experience
