Industrial Electrician (442A / 309A) — Windsor, ON

Permanent, full-time | $35–48/hour + quarterly bonus + benefits | On-site

A well-established automotive stamping manufacturer in Windsor is hiring a licensed Industrial Electrician for its maintenance team. Modern facility running high-level robotics, laser welding, and advanced process technology, with company-sponsored training (including robotics) and a strong promote-from-within culture.

What you'll do

- Preventative and reactive maintenance across the facility
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and support high-level robotic systems and PLCs
- Repairs to plant support systems — hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, drives, bearings, gears
- Read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics
- Support maintenance projects during scheduled downtime

What you need

- 442A or 309A Certificate of Qualification (mandatory)
- 3+ years in a manufacturing setting
- Industrial electrical experience (not residential/construction)
- Hands-on PLC and industrial robot troubleshooting
- Aerial lift certification, or willingness to obtain
- Able to work rotating shifts: days 6am–2pm, afternoons 2pm–10pm, nights 10pm–6am, 6-day production model with overtime and weekends as required

Preferred





- Automotive or high-volume manufacturing background
- Allen-Bradley / Siemens PLC troubleshooting
- Robotic welding, laser welding, or hot stamp press experience
- VFDs, servo drives, motion control

Experience:
