About the Position

This position is a year round with varying hours based on season! In the summer you will be focused on lawn maintenance or general construction, and in the winter you will be focused on snow removal. As we are a growing company, there is a lot of opportunity for personal growth, learning new trades, and growth within the company. This position sometimes requires long hours and early starts - especially during winter snow removal season - and requires an able body with lots of energy. We're looking for a self starter that is willing to learn

We're looking for someone who...

- can work independently with high attention to detail and quality of service




- can drive a vehicle and pulling a trailers
- is able to safely lift up to 100 lbs
- can manage the safe handling of lawn chemicals and fertilizer (training will be provided)
- is able to maintain equipment would be an asset but not a requirement
- has strong problem solving skills
- will be able to adapt quickly to changing weather conditions
- has strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- is able to navigate around the city to find addresses
- is able to fluently read, write, and speak English
- has a good work ethic

Compensation

Pays between $16 - $30 per hour depending on prior experience and skillset. This position does not currently include benefits. We can accommodate someone looking for a full time or part time position.
