Answers4Business is an established SAP consulting company that has supported enterprise clients and SAP professionals since 2003.

We are expanding our focus to help SAP-enabled organizations evaluate practical uses of artificial intelligence, improve the value of their existing systems and move selected opportunities from concept toward implementation.

Our approach is deliberately practical. We are not positioning ourselves as a large systems integrator or claiming to have every technical capability in-house. We work with experienced consultants and specialist partners to assemble the right expertise for each engagement.

We are seeking a senior technical leader who can help shape this next stage of the company.

The opportunity

The Technical Lead will provide the technical leadership behind A4B’s developing AI-enabled operations and SAP Excellence practices.

This is a client-facing role for someone who can connect business priorities with SAP, data, integration, automation and AI considerations. You will help clients determine what is feasible, what is worth pursuing and what must be addressed before an initiative moves forward.

You will also help A4B develop credible service offerings, delivery methods and a trusted network of technical specialists.

This is not primarily a software-development position. It is a senior consulting and solution-leadership role that requires enough technical depth to evaluate opportunities, shape architectures, challenge assumptions and oversee delivery.

Key responsibilities

Client discovery and advisory

- Participate in executive and operational discovery sessions.
- Help clients identify where AI, automation or improved information access may support business performance.
- Translate business challenges into clearly defined technical opportunities.
- Assess whether proposed use cases are practical within the client’s current SAP, data and technology environment.
- Explain technical considerations in clear business language.
- Identify when AI is appropriate—and when a simpler process, reporting or automation improvement may be the better answer.

Opportunity assessment and solution design

- Lead the technical component of AI prospect assessments and SAP improvement engagements.
- Evaluate data availability, quality, ownership and accessibility.
- Assess integration, security, privacy, governance and change-management implications.
- Develop high-level solution concepts, architecture options and implementation approaches.
- Estimate technical complexity, dependencies, skills and delivery effort.
- Help clients select appropriate pilot opportunities and define reasonable measures of success.
- Produce clear recommendations for executive and technical audiences.

SAP and enterprise architecture

- Evaluate how proposed solutions interact with SAP applications, integrations and business processes.
- Support approaches that protect system stability and avoid unnecessary complexity.
- Advise on SAP BTP, APIs, integration patterns,



cloud services and relevant extension options where appropriate.
- Work with SAP functional consultants to connect technical recommendations to operational requirements.
- Help clients understand the implications of custom development, clean-core principles and long-term maintainability.

Pilot and delivery leadership

- Shape the technical scope and delivery plan for focused pilots and validation initiatives.
- Select and coordinate the specialists required for each engagement.
- Review technical designs, estimates and deliverables.
- Provide technical oversight without creating unnecessary management layers.
- Identify delivery risks early and recommend corrective action.
- Maintain appropriate documentation, quality controls and decision points.
- Help determine whether a successful pilot is ready to scale.

Practice development

- Help define A4B’s technical methodology for discovery, assessment, validation, piloting and implementation.
- Contribute to the development of service descriptions, proposal language and delivery templates.
- Support the evaluation and selection of technical partners and independent consultants.
- Help build a vetted specialist network across SAP, data, integration, AI, security and automation.
- Participate selectively in webinars, articles and executive discussions.
- Keep A4B’s market positioning aligned with its actual delivery capacity.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate combines enterprise architecture experience with strong consulting judgment.

You should be comfortable discussing business priorities with executives, evaluating technical details with specialists and clearly stating when an opportunity is not yet ready to proceed.

Core qualifications

- Significant experience in enterprise technology consulting, architecture or technical delivery.
- Strong understanding of SAP environments and SAP-enabled business processes.
- Experience assessing or designing solutions involving AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, advanced analytics or enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Working knowledge of enterprise data architecture, integration and API-based solutions.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
- Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, risk, complexity and delivery readiness.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary consultants, developers or specialist partners.
- Strong client-facing communication and workshop-facilitation skills.
- Ability to produce clear architecture concepts, recommendations and executive-level presentations.
- Sound judgment and a willingness to challenge unrealistic assumptions.

We do not expect one person to be the deepest specialist in every area. The ability to recognize what expertise is required—and bring the right people together—is essential.

What success will look like

During the first six months, the Technical Lead will help A4B:

- Refine its AI-enabled operations and SAP technical offerings.
- Participate in qualified client discovery conversations.
- Lead the technical portions of initial opportunity assessments.
- Develop a practical assessment and pilot methodology.
- Establish a small network of vetted delivery specialists.
- Shape one or more focused pilot opportunities.
- Put appropriate technical, governance and quality controls in place.
- Build credibility through disciplined delivery rather than broad claims.

Engagement model

A4B is open to several structures depending on the candidate:

- Fractional technical leadership
- Senior independent consulting engagement
- Contract-to-permanent arrangement
- Full-time employment

The initial structure can be designed around mutual fit, client demand, availability and the candidate’s ability to contribute to both client work and practice development.
