Responsibilities

- Engage in activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation with residents
- Offer medication reminders and support with appointments
- Help clients with grooming and bathing
- Assist with toileting and managing incontinence care
- Support individuals living with Alzheimer's disease

Requirement

- Health Care Aide Certificate
- Registration with BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry OR College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
- Food Safe
- Successfully complete a criminal record background check
- Demonstrate the ability to treat clients and their property with respect, dignity, and compassion
- Communicate in a friendly, patient, and professional manner
- Provide two qualified and two personal references
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are recommended

Pay: $32.50 per hour
