Join our dynamic team as a Certified Pilates Instructor and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals through engaging, safe, and effective Pilates sessions. In this role, you will lead small group classes and private sessions, demonstrating expert knowledge of Pilates techniques while fostering a motivating and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

- Lead engaging Pilates classes for diverse groups and individual clients, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to each client’s fitness level, goals, and any physical limitations
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to enhance understanding and execution of exercises
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment that promotes safety and comfort
- Track client progress and provide constructive feedback to support their fitness journey
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to ensure clarity and motivation
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client retention, motivation,



and overall satisfaction

Requirements

- Certified Pilates Instructor with valid certification from a recognized organization
- Solid understanding of the Pilates principles and method.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate participants of all levels
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective time management to balance class schedules and client appointments efficiently
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and foster a supportive environment
- Prior experience in teaching Pilates preferred.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
