About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Tandem Truck Driver to support our excavation and utility construction projects across Edmonton and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for hauling materials, earth, and gravel to and from job sites while representing Urban Earthworks with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate tandem dump trucks to transport and deliver construction materials.
- Conduct daily pre-trip, in-transit, and post-trip equipment inspections.




- Maintain clean and accurate trip logs, delivery slips, and daily records.
- Strictly adhere to site safety protocols, traffic laws, and company safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, excavation crews, and dispatch.

Requirements:

- Valid Class 3 Driver’s License (Air Brakes Q endorsement required).
- Prior experience operating a tandem truck.
- 5-year clean driver's abstract (required upon hire).
- Employment reference letter from a previous employer for a tandem truck driving position.
- Fluency in English (strong verbal and written communication skills).

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
