Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Millworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating, installing, and repairing custom woodwork and millwork components in commercial renovation projects.

This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate, assemble, and install custom millwork such as cabinetry, moldings, trims,
- doors, and built-ins for commercial renovation projects.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute work accurately.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood and other materials according to project
- requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Assist in material selection and inventory management as needed.





Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a millworker or carpenter, preferably in commercial renovation.
- Proficient with woodworking tools, machinery, and techniques.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the woodworking and construction trades.

Preferred:

- 5+ years of Mill work or Carpentry experience.
- Previous experience in a small company or renovation setting.
- Basic knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
