Position: Customer Assistant / Art Instructor (Part-Time)
Location: Fuzzy Lab – 3250 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON
Hours: Flexible (weekends and weekdays as needed)

Fuzzy Lab is a fun and creative workshop space where customers can explore tufting, pottery, painting, and other hands-on crafts. We provide a welcoming environment where anyone can create unique, personalized pieces while enjoying a relaxing and inspiring experience.

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Assistant / Art Instructor, your role will include:

- Customer Assistance:
- Greet and assist customers with bookings and purchases.
- Provide friendly support during workshops, ensuring customers feel confident.
- Answer in-store, phone, and email inquiries.
- Process transactions and handle basic POS system tasks.
- Art Instruction & Workshop Support:
- Guide customers through creative activities like tufting, painting, and other DIY crafts.
- No tufting experience? No problem! We provide full training.
- Set up and clean workshop areas before and after sessions.
- Demonstrate techniques and assist with hands-on projects.
- Encourage creativity while ensuring a fun and safe environment.
- Studio & Retail Support:




- Assist with inventory stocking and merchandise display.
- Help capture workshop moments for social media.
- Create short-form video content and assist with social media posts (Instagram, TikTok); occasional support with social media scheduling and account management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring studio space.

What We’re Looking For:

- A fast learner with a passion for arts and crafts.
- A friendly and energetic personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Art or design background preferred but not required.
- Availability on weekends and some weekdays.
