Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and personable Medical Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional facial treatments, advanced skincare services, body treatments, and post-treatment skin support while delivering exceptional guest care.

This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a passion for skincare and aesthetics, and a strong understanding of sanitation and safety standards. The Medical Esthetician will also assist with skincare consultations, product recommendations, retail sales, and treatment plan support to enhance client satisfaction and long-term care.

Revised Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of professional skincare treatments including customized facials, hydrating treatments, exfoliation, acne-focused care, pigmentation-focused care, and advanced facial treatments.
- Assist with body treatments and wellness-focused esthetic services as required.
- Support clients before and after aesthetic treatments by providing appropriate skin preparation and post-treatment care.
- Deliver excellent guest service by creating a welcoming, professional, and relaxing environment.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, sterilization, and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, home care, product recommendations, and available treatment options.
- Assist with retail sales, skincare product recommendations,



and treatment package recommendations.
- Support consultations and help guide clients toward appropriate skincare services based on their concerns and goals.
- Manage front desk duties when required, including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and processing payments.
- Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and positive reviews.
- Stay current on skincare trends, treatment protocols, technologies, and skilled product knowledge.

Revised Qualifications

- Esthetics or Medical Esthetics certification from a recognized training institution.
- Experience providing professional facial and advanced skincare treatments preferred.
- Knowledge of common skin concerns including acne, pigmentation, dryness, sensitivity, aging, and uneven texture.
- Familiarity with medical aesthetic environments and advanced skincare technologies is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, infection control, and treatment safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently recommend skincare products and treatment plans.
- Retail sales and consultation experience is an asset.
- Front desk or guest service experience is a plus.
- Professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about skincare and client care.

Pay: $51,149.31-$95,797.25 per year
