Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in TIG welding, along with mechanical knowledge and fabrication skills, will contribute to the production of high-quality products and custom metal structures. Duties

- Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on various metals, ensuring strong, clean welds that meet project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly processes.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal parts.
- Conduct machining operations as needed, utilizing calipers for precise measurements and ensuring parts meet tight tolerances.
- Rigging heavy components safely using cranes or other lifting devices during fabrication or installation.
- Assemble fabricated parts according to schematics, schematics, or engineering instructions while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during welding, cutting, machining, and assembly tasks.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in TIG welding (preferably with additional MIG welding skills) within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment such as crane systems, press brakes, machining tools, and hand/power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with rigging procedures, crane operation, plasma cutting techniques, and ductwork fabrication is a plus.
- Robust understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and assembly processes.
- Valid certifications in TIG welding; additional certifications in MIG welding or construction-related skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to welding, fabrication, rigging, and construction work.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials using forklifts or manual handling methods; comfort working at heights or in confined spaces is desirable.

Pay: $23.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
