Tidy Homes Ltd. is a growing residential cleaning company serving Edmonton and Sherwood Park, Alberta, and we’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.

Position & Growth Opportunity

This position will begin with a training period, allowing you to learn Tidy Homes' cleaning standards, procedures, expectations, and client service practices.

Successful completion of the training period can lead to a part-time position, with the opportunity to gradually increase hours as our client base and your experience grow.

For the right person, there is also potential to progress into a full-time position and eventually a management or leadership role within Tidy Homes Ltd.

We are especially interested in finding someone who wants to grow with the company long-term and take on additional responsibility as opportunities become available.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility during weekday hours, as daily schedules may vary depending on client bookings.

- Monday to Friday
- Work is scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- No evening or weekend availability required
- Applicants must be flexible with varying start times, finish times, and weekly hours within this schedule

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable,



working vehicle for travelling between clients throughout Edmonton and Sherwood Park
- Ability to provide a background/police check
- Cost of the required background check can be reimbursed after 6 months of employment
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning procedures
- Professional and respectful while working in clients' homes
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable with the physical requirements of residential cleaning, including standing, bending, lifting, vacuuming, and repetitive movement
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within the company

We're not simply looking to fill a few cleaning shifts. We're looking for someone who can become a trusted member of our team and potentially grow into a larger role as Tidy Homes continues to expand.

Location: Edmonton & Sherwood Park, Alberta
Schedule: Weekdays between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Starting Position: Training Period → Part-Time → Potential Full-Time/Management Opportunity

Pay: $15.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
