Job Overview

Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, relay messages, and coordinate patient communication effectively
- Verify insurance information, process claims, and assist with billing procedures to ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure all patient documentation is current and compliant with privacy regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence to keep the office organized and productive
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a dental office - please do not apply if you have no prior dental office experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, AbelDent software, and electronic records systems
- Excellent communication skills with experience in front desk or dental receptionist roles
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing busy office workflows
- Demonstrated administrative experience with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of office procedures related to dental billing, insurance processing, and patient record management

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 32.0 per week
