About the Role:

K Trans Worldwide Logistics is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Mississauga office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end international freight movements, processing shipping documentation, and delivering smooth service to clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor daily ocean, air, and ground freight shipments, ensuring timely dispatch, customs clearance, and final delivery.
- Prepare, review, and issue shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs release forms.
- Liaise daily with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, trucking companies, overseas partners, and local warehouses.
- Track cargo milestones, proactively resolve transit exceptions or delays, and keep internal systems up to date.
- Provide professional customer support by answering status inquiries, handling rate quotes,



and assisting with operational billing verification.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- ocean/air export/import operations, or logistics customer service experience is preferred (trainable entry-level candidates with high potential welcome).
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding processes, and customs documentation.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; professional proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and adaptable to logistics software platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of prioritizing tasks under fast-paced deadlines.
- Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
