Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Certified Automotive Damage Appraiser to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing and estimating damages to vehicles brought into our facility. As a vital member of our AutoBody team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive productive and effective service.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and assess damages.
- Prepare accurate damage estimates using industry-standard appraisal tools and software.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to explain damage assessments and repair estimates.
- Collaborate with our AutoBody technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle inspections, damage assessments, and repair estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to automotive damage appraisal.

Requirements:

- Certification as an Automotive Damage Appraiser is required.




- Previous experience in automotive damage appraisal or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in damage assessment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using appraisal tools and software.
