Astra’s Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team!

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating clean and comfortable spaces, and can be counted on to show up on time and give their best effort every day.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and clean surfaces
- Clean mirrors, glass, fixtures, baseboards, and other detailed areas
- Empty garbage and recycling as required
- Help with deep cleans, regular maintenance cleans, Airbnb turnovers, move-in/move-out cleans, and other cleaning services
- Follow Astra’s cleaning checklists and standards
- Move items when appropriate to properly clean underneath and around them
- Pay attention to details and areas that are easily overlooked
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Communicate respectfully with clients and team members
- Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or client issues to management
- Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized
- Work independently when required and as part of a team

Requirements

- Reliable transportation to and from job locations or to first location/home base
- Ability to travel throughout our service area
- Reliable attendance is essential
- Punctuality is essential
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- References may be requested
