The Right Fit

The Senior Commercial Property Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial assets, overseeing property performance, tenant relationships, financial results, and day-to-day operational priorities.
We are looking for someone who understands both the financial and operational sides of commercial property management. You are comfortable owning budgets, working through complex tenant matters, directing vendors and contractors, and leading support staff.

Direct experience managing office properties is required.

What You'll Be Doing

- Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of a commercial portfolio
- Lead, mentor, and provide direction to property administration staff
- Develop annual operating budgets and track financial performance against established targets
- Review monthly results, operating expenses, forecasts, and property performance
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and act as a senior point of contact for escalated matters
- Coordinate building maintenance, inspections,



repairs, and ongoing property requirements
- Source and manage third-party contractors, including tenders, contract negotiations, and service performance
- Work closely with internal leasing, accounting, construction, legal, and marketing teams
- Support longer-term property planning, capital priorities, and overall asset performance
- Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiencies, tenant experience, and property results

What You Bring to the Table

- 5+ years of progressive commercial property management experience
- Excellent leadership and people development
- Direct experience managing office assets
- Strong understanding of property budgeting, financial reporting, operating expenses, and NOI
- Experience managing contractors, service providers, and vendor relationships
- Previous experience leading or supervising property administration staff
- Working knowledge of commercial building systems and maintenance requirements
- Strong tenant relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Transparent and professional communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
