Job Summary

Join the team at BarBurrito Quispamsis as a Full-Time Team Member and be part of a fast-paced, friendly, and growing restaurant! In this role, you will play an important part in creating a great experience for our guests by providing friendly customer service, preparing fresh and delicious food, and helping keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, from preparing burritos, bowls, tacos, and other menu items to serving customers and working as part of a team. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, positive, hardworking, and enjoys working with people.

Position: Full-Time Team Member
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Location: BarBurrito Quispamsis, NB

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in-store and through online ordering systems.
- Prepare and assemble burritos, bowls, tacos, and other menu items according to BarBurrito standards.
- Ensure food is prepared fresh, accurately, and with attention to quality and presentation.
- Handle cash, debit, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary restaurant, including workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures at all times.
- Properly portion, store, label, and handle ingredients and supplies.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as needed.




- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining friendly and accurate service.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Help create a positive and welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation, or willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
