Base Physio + Wellness is looking for a Part-time Medical Office Assistant to join our team.

We are a multi-disciplinary Clinic providing services such as Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic and Kinesiology services.

Daily tasks consist of:

-Greeting patients

-Answering phone and taking messages

-Booking appointments using JaneApp
-Handling incoming/outgoing emails

-Dealing with ICBC adjusters & Worksafe BC, ICBC, MSP and all third-party billing
-Faxing, scanning and copying

-Assisting with cleaning tables for the next patient

-Cleaning and tidying of the clinic
-Laundry and Folding sheets

We are looking for the ideal candidate with the following requirements:

-Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Friendly, outgoing, patient, and skilled with an outgoing pleasant personality
-Have a positive attitude and is a team player





-A quick learner who is detail-oriented, independent, and proactive

-Punctuality is a must.

Shift times = We are looking for someone that can work some weekday evenings and or Sundays

Compensation: starting at$18.25 onwards, based on experience
