Responsibilities

- Greet members warmly and provide personalized assistance to address their banking needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash management activities.
- Manage cash handling procedures with precision, ensuring security and accuracy during cashiering activities.
- Assist members with account inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through digital banking platforms.
- Promote additional services such as loans, or savings accounts to enhance member satisfaction.




- Other duties as assigned include statement services and filing. Answering phone and email inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with all banking policies and security protocols during daily operations.
- 3 days per week minimum.

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service within financial services or retail environments.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport and clearly explain banking products.
- Prior experience with cash management is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability; minimum 3 days per week - maximum 5 days per week.

Enhanced security clearance will be completed by Security Investigations Unit, must be bondable.

Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 37.5 per week
