Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Laser Engraving & Print Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating laser engraving machines and print production equipment to create high-quality custom products. Responsibilities

- Operate laser engraving machines and printing equipment with precision, ensuring accurate reproduction of designs on various materials.
- Prepare files and set up machines according to project specifications, including adjusting parameters for optimal results.
- Monitor production processes continuously, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and uphold safety protocols throughout the production process.
- Manage inventory of materials, supplies, and packaging components required for production runs.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, machine settings, and quality checks for accountability and process improvement.

Experience

- Prior experience operating laser engraving or print production equipment in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.




- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.
- Use of Adobe Illustrator to prepare, modify, resize and optimize customer artwork
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including packaging, machining, and warehouse operations.
- Warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory management and material handling.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred) to move materials within the facility.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures related to machinery operation and manufacturing environments.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
