As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Retail Representative to join on team at our Sarnia location to oversee our retail operations, ensuring product excellence, accurate inventory levels, and a tidy and organized showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail space, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the retail space is optimally organized and products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.
- As the first point of contact for customer walk-ins and incoming phone traffic, project a professional company image and remain knowledgeable on products and services offered.
- Assist with developing engaging content for social media platforms, while responding to all social media direct messages and online inquiries daily.
- Regularly review inventory levels to ensure accuracy and adequacy. Implement inventory management strategies to avoid overstocking or stockouts and conduct periodic inventory audits.
- Drive retail sales, develop strategies to achieve sales targets,



and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Perform general office cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and skilled workspace.

Requirements

- Proven customer service experience in a retail setting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage tasks effectively.
- Experience with developing professional social media content.
- Competency in using retail management software and systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during major retail events as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation as attending events and other retail locations is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
