Job description:

We are looking for someone who has experience in the trucking industry, good knowledge in customs & day-to-day operation.

The ideal candidate should be:

- Excellent at typing
- Proficient in English, both writing and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office, mainly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A team player
- Possessing exceptional organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pay attention to detail
- Have experience using TMW (Truckmate), BorderConnect
- Flexible to cover any shift

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Input data into dispatch software (Data Entry will take up the bulk of your time)
- Tracking drivers for updates
- Updating customers with driver updates
- Checking and replying to all emails
- Answering customer/driver inquiries
- Creating ACE's/ACI's
- Knowledge of IT, T&E; bonds, Rapid shipments, Hazmat shipments
- Forward paperwork for customs clearance

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
