Duties

- Perform thorough inspections of chimneys, flues, and venting systems to identify blockages, creosote buildup, or damage
- Use hand tools and power tools to clean and remove debris from chimneys and related components efficiently
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks related to chimney systems and surrounding areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Provide commercial cleaning services for fireplaces, chimneys, and associated equipment with attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings, recommended repairs, or maintenance needs in a professional manner




- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Lift heavy equipment or debris safely during cleaning procedures while adhering to proper safety protocols

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment necessary for chimney sweeping tasks
