Job Summary

ob Description (JD) – F5 Proxy Engineer Position: F5 Proxy Engineer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Noida / Chennai Role Summary Looking for an experienced F5 Proxy Engineer with strong expertise in F5 BIG-IP LTM, APM, ASM, and GTM/DNS. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing F5-based load balancing, reverse proxy, and application delivery solutions while ensuring security, high availability, and performance. Key Responsibilities Configure, administer, and support F5 BIG-IP platforms (LTM, APM, ASM, GTM/DNS). Manage reverse proxy, load balancing, SSL offloading, and traffic routing solutions. Design and implement application access and authentication solutions using F5 APM. Develop and maintain iRules, iApps, and traffic policies. Troubleshoot application, network, proxy, and SSL-related issues. Perform upgrades, patching, health checks, and performance tuning of F5 appliances. Manage HA/DR configurations, failover testing, and capacity planning. Collaborate with network, security, application, and infrastructure teams for deployments and migrations. Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management activities. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP technologies. Strong expertise in LTM, APM, ASM, and GTM/DNS modules. Experience with Reverse Proxy, Load Balancing, SSL/TLS, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, and WAF concepts. Hands-on experience with iRules, SSL certificates, access policies, and traffic management. Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise production environments. Good understanding of networking, routing, switching, and firewall technologies. Preferred Skills F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) or F5 Certified Technology Specialist certification. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Hybrid Cloud environments. Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Python, or Terraform. ITIL process knowledge. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
