Duties

- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight over short and long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
- Assist with automotive repairs or basic troubleshooting when necessary to keep trucks in optimal condition
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and inspection records for compliance purposes




- Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate freight movement efficiently and resolve any logistical issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment

Requirements

- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving and freight transportation
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair procedures for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to trucking and heavy equipment operation
- Physical ability to lift, load, unload, and handle freight regularly throughout shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and operational excellence
- FAST PASS considered an asset
