Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Silk Screen Print Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of various printing techniques to ensure that all projects meet our clients' specifications and standards.

Duties

- Prepare and set up printing jobs by reviewing job orders and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on screen printing equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and provide input on print production techniques.
- Ensure that all printed materials adhere to quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain an organized workspace,



keeping track of materials and supplies needed for each job.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

- Previous experience with metal silk screening is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of typography and graphic design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
