Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and execute effective repairs promptly
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to disassemble, repair, or replace components
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize repair tasks and ensure minimal downtime
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to create a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Assist with inventory management of tools, parts,



and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks

Qualifications

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems effectively (specifically atv's, side by side's, snowmobiles, boats, motorcycles, & small engines)
- Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., for repair work
- Proficiency with power tools required for various maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced setting
- Good communication skills to document work performed clearly and accurately
- Prior experience in machinery or equipment maintenance is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
