Dental experience is an asset, but it isn't required. We're willing to teach the right person our systems, software and dental workflows.

What You'll Do
As part of our front-office team, you'll help create a smooth experience for both our patients and clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Welcoming patients and managing check-in and check-out
● Answering phones and responding to patient communication
● Scheduling and confirming appointments
● Processing payments and assisting with estimates and insurance
● Maintaining accurate patient records, forms and administrative details
● Communicating with the clinical and hygiene teams throughout the day
● Completing end-of-day tasks and helping prepare for the following day
