We are seeking a full time year round or seasonal Landscaper to join our maintenance team . A valid G license with a clean abstact is required as you will be driving a crew. Farleys Landscaping is an established commercial Landscape maintenance company specializing in year round servicing of luxury condos and commercial properties within Scarborough/North York. Positions can lead to full time winter work with our snow removal crew (plowing, salting or sidewalk crew). Guaranteed winter salary.

* 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

Responsibilities:

-Safely perform general maintenance duties such as grass cutting, line trimming, blowing and debris collection.

- Ensure garden and shrubs beds are kept weed free and tidy.

-Ability or willingness to learn how to lay sod, apply mulch, plant shrubs , annuals and trees.

-Monitor grounds to ensure a pleasant and tidy appearance at all times.

Qualifications:





-Valid G drivers license or greater with a clean abstract.

-Previous experience driving a truck and trailer is preferred but not essential.

-Reliability and punctually is required, along with the ability to follow instructions while paying attention to detail.

-Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditons.

-Solid communication skills.

-Ability to lift 50 pounds and work physically.

*Wages are based upon experience. Employee must have their own transportation to the yard in East Scarborough. This is not a cash positon . Please forward resume.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
