A day in the life:

- Provide a positive, engaging and memorable experience for all our customers
- Welcome our customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the store
- Provide each and every customer with your undivided attention when they are at your station
- Maintain a clean, organized and stocked workstation
- Ensure transactions are processed efficiently and accurately by following store procedures
- Take every opportunity to offer gift wrapping, gift bags, gift cards and accessories that may complement the customer's purchase
- Restock and merchandising of surrounding areas
- Utilizing your knowledge and passion for wine, beer and spirits when assisting all customers
- Make all customers aware of current sales and promotions
- Take every opportunity to be restocking and facing the shelves so that the store is always looking its best
- Assist in the unloading and shelving of all orders as they arrive at the store
- Show initiative during slow periods

Skills:





- Understanding and experience using various POS systems
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Accuracy and efficiency when processing transactions
- Ability to consistently lift 30lbs
- Customer Service and salesmanship skills

- 1-2 years retail or customer service experience
- Serving it Right certificate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.25-$20.25 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
