Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, very reliable, and most importantly, Experienced Concrete Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing various concrete-related tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects, from foundational work to finishing touches, all while maintaining an upbeat and energetic work environment.

Must provide up to date experience and work references. Pay rate will be based on experience and skill. We are looking for high functioning people without any drug or alcohol abuse issues. You must come to work rested and clear headed, as we all live a healthy lifestyle and work hard.

Duties

- Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes to achieve smooth, durable surfaces.
- Install rebar and reinforcement materials according to schematics and blueprints to ensure structural integrity.
- Pour precise concrete forms and layouts.
- Perform masonry tasks including laying bricks or blocks as needed for restoration or renovation projects.
- Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping,



and assembling formwork or other concrete components.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a concrete labourer with a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Skilled in rebar installation, masonry work, concrete forming, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Knowledge of schematics, construction drawings, and schematic diagrams for accurate project execution.
- Experience with restoration or renovation projects is a plus; certification in welding or carpentry is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic with excellent teamwork skills; ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
