Job Role : Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring requirements across the Toronto/Canada market. The role will focus primarily on sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and successful closures.

The ideal candidate comfortable working on multiple requirements while maintaining candidate quality and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing through offer and joining.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and role fit.
- Work on multiple IT and business requirements simultaneously and prioritize positions based on urgency.
- Submit qualified candidate profiles within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up on interview feedback and ensure timely movement of candidates through different hiring stages.
- Support salary/compensation discussions and offer coordination.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date and proactively identify potential dropouts.




- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for recurring and priority requirements.
- Provide regular updates on submissions, interviews, offers, closures, and hiring challenges.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/technology recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for the Canadian/Toronto market is must.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and recruitment databases.
- Good communication and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work within defined turnaround times.
- Understanding of permanent and/or contract staffing.
- Robust follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.

- Turnaround time on assigned requirements
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Candidate pipeline development
- Accuracy and timely updating of ATS/recruitment data

Pay: $2,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
