Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee snow removal and lawn care operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery across residential and commercial properties. As a key team leader, you will coordinate daily tasks, supervise crew members, and maintain safety standards while delivering exceptional landscape maintenance and seasonal snow removal services. Responsibilities

- Supervise a small crew for on site snow removal of sidewalks and driveways
- Lead and motivate crew members, providing clear instructions and support to maximize productivity.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.
- Oversee the proper use of equipment, including landscaping tools, snow plows, and irrigation systems.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of job progress, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.





Requirements

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related construction fields.
- Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in outdoor service environments.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and horticultural practices.
- Strong understanding of landscape construction and maintenance processes.
- Ability to lead a team efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
