Parts Advisor Position Available

MacLean's Sports Ltd. is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with powersports or marine equipment, helping customers, and being part of a busy dealership environment.

The Parts Associate will assist customers and our technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts, maintain accurate inventory, and help keep the parts department organized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with selecting parts and accessories, providing recommendations based on their needs.
- Utilizing catalogues and online resources to identify and locate necessary parts
- Creating a positive customer experience
- Answer incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Help performing regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Performing any other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
- Knowledge of ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles is a strong asset
- A valid driver's license is required
- Solid communication and customer service skills




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
