We are seeking a skilled and motivated 310T Truck & Coach Technician or apprentice to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on 310T trucks, coaches, and related heavy equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Interpret electrical systems schematics and troubleshoot electrical issues on various vehicle systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate service records, document repairs performed,



and communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle status.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards while working on complex mechanical systems or performing heavy lifting activities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a mechanic with dealership or heavy equipment repair background preferred.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Robust mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical components, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic software for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Skilled in welding, assembly work, and the use of hand tools and power tools required for repairs.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions; willingness to work in a physically demanding role.
- Must be willing to do mobile repairs and after hours work when needed.

Pay: $22.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
