Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a solid understanding of food and beverage operations, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. As a key member of our team, you will craft drinks, serve customers, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent English communication, and a thorough knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and billing.
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage cash handling accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Ensure responsible serving by checking IDs and monitoring alcohol consumption.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, addressing concerns or complaints effectively.
- Follow all health, safety,



and food handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in bartending roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, serving techniques, and responsible alcohol service is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately.
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments that emphasize teamwork and professionalism is highly valued. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
