Marketing & Brand Management

- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and campaigns
- Maintain and strengthen ALJO Care Crew’s brand identity
- Create promotional materials, advertisements, posters, brochures, and digital content
- Ensure consistent branding across social media, website, and print materials

Digital Marketing

- Manage company social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
- Create engaging content for healthcare staffing and home care promotion
- Oversee website updates, SEO, and online visibility
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools

Recruitment & Community Marketing

- Promote recruitment campaigns for RNs, LPNs, CCAs, companions, and support workers
- Support healthcare staffing recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach activities
- Build relationships with healthcare facilities, community organizations, and partners
- Assist with employer branding and staff engagement initiatives

Business Development Support

- Collaborate with leadership to generate recent client leads and partnerships




- Develop marketing presentations and proposals for healthcare facilities and organizations
- Support promotion of ALJO 360 scheduling and staffing solutions
- Identify market trends and opportunities within healthcare and home care sectors

Communication & Public Relations

- Prepare newsletters, announcements, and promotional communications
- Manage public relations activities and community awareness campaigns
- Respond to online inquiries and maintain professional customer communication
- Coordinate advertising campaigns and sponsorship opportunities

Reporting & Administration

- Track marketing budgets and campaign performance
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media partners

Pay: $5,000.00-$7,500.00 per month
