A progressive and fast-paced office in Delta/Surrey (Strawberry Hill) and is looking for an Experienced Dental Receptionist who is bright, self-effective, personable and a critical thinker. This General Practice is family-focused and provides a warm and friendly environment. The patients’ comfort is their priority, and they offer general, cosmetic and surgical dental services.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Optimize the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Handle billing, insurance verification, and payments with attention to detail
- Manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations




- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
- Assist in managing office supplies

Compensation:

- $30-$34 per hour, based on years of experience and Tacker proficiency.

Schedule:

- Mondays (9:00am-6:00pm)
- Tuesdays (9:00am-6:00pm)
- Fridays (8:00am-5:00pm)
- Saturdays (3 per month, 9:00am-5:00pm)

Requirements:

- At least one year of Dental Receptionist experience.
- Full proficiency with Tracker (meaning you can navigate the software A through Z when you are by yourself).
